The prices are listed in USD and paid through PayPal. Full payment is required upfront due to the high conversion fees.

An invoice will be sent to the customer once the commission has been accepted.

Payment must be made within 48 hours, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

I reserve the rights to decline any commission under any circumstances.

By commissioning me, you are paying for my style. Be sure to check out my past works to ensure that it suits your needs.

I will contact you though the given medium in the form before sending an invoice.

At least one reference of the character must be provided. Full character design and complex details may result in additional fees.

All artwork posted on social media can be reposted or used with no commercial purposes as long as credits are given. Please Include my social media handle.

Commissions for items listed under the weakness section will have an extra cost and will take extra time to be completed to secure a high quality finished artwork.

All commission artworks are for Personal Use. You are not allowed to Copy, Reproduce, Redistribute, Edit or make a profit off of my artwork. For commercial purposes, a statement on the form MUST be done (Price will increase depending on the use: 2x for branding and promotional social media usage; 3x for merchandize)

If you do not want the commissioned work to be published on social media please mention it before the finished piece is sent to you (Privacy fees will apply equal to $100 USD).

Commissioned artwork will be made in digital format. If the client wishes to commission a traditional piece or printed copy of the digital version, additional shipping fees will be applied to the final price of the product.

.psd & .clip raw files can be provided for an extra cost on usage purpose (x2 for branding and promotional social media usage; 3x for merchandize) I hold all rights on the commissioned art, client is forbidden to make major changes to the finished artwork.

Changes are possible during the drafting / sketching phase. Please ask for a revision through DM if there is any.

A WIP image will be sent to the customer before the lineart / painting process starts.

WIPs are available to request at any stage of the creation progress. Feel free to DM / email me.

Once the sketch is approved there will be a limit of two minor changes that can be done to the piece. Any major changes or additional minor changes will result in an extra fee of $10+ depending on complexity.

A full refund is only available before the project has been started or due to my own cancellation.

Once the project has been started, a refund of half the price is available before the lineart / painting stage.

After the sketch has been approved by the customer, I reserve all rights to decline any refund.

The client may keep the work made for personal use if a commission is partially refunded. Although, I keep all the rights over the image as specified before.
